By entering the Bellamy’s Organic Sail-ebrate 2022 Campaign (Promotion), you acknowledge that you have read these terms and conditions and that you agree to be bound by them. Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions.

To be eligible to enter the promotion you must reside in Singapore and are aged 18 years or older. You are either pregnant or have a child who is at least 6 months of age.

C. COMPETITION PERIOD

1. The promotion period commences at 0:00 GMT+8 on 1 Mar 2022 and ends at 23:59 GMT+8 on 30 April 2022 and redemption is while stocks last.

D. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

1. Purchase a minimum of SGD10 worth of Bellamy’s Organic products in a single receipt at any official stockists.

2. Scan the QR code printed on the promotion materials or visit www.tinyurl.com/sail-ebrate to submit your entry.

3. Fill up your personal particulars on the website, and upload a photo of the purchase receipt (Proof of Purchase) to participate.

4. Participants are entitled to 1x chance in the Ximula Sail Family Private Yacht Experience Lucky Draw and 1x redemption of a Vooks 12-months subscription with every Proof of Purchase (receipt or invoice).

5. Multiple entries are allowed but each entry must be accompanied by a new valid Proof of Purchase.

6. Proof of Purchase submitted must be dated within the Promotion Period.

7. All entries submitted must reach us before 30 April 2022. No late entries will be accepted. Incomplete or incorrect entries will be invalid.

8. Each entry may be subjected to verification by the Promoter for its validity.

9. All valid entries received during the promotion period will be reviewed and validated by the Promoter.

10. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with the entry process at its sole discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.

E. PRIZES

1. The Redemption Prize is a sure-win Vooks 12-months subscription, redemption while stocks last.

2. Redemption details will be emailed to verified entries by 31 May 2022. Only one redemption per Vooks account.

3. The Grand Prize is a 4-hour Yacht Charter on board Ximula Sail’s catamarans Ximula/Gracefully for up to 10 guests (subjected to Covid-19 advisory), available on weekdays or weekends, free-flow soft drinks & bottled water on board and a $100 F&B credit with a total worth of $1,391 at the publishing date of these terms and conditions. Hours may be extended with Ximula Sail directly, subject to additional charges. Ximula Sail is located at ONE°15 Marina, 11 Cove Drive, Sentosa Cove Singapore 098497.

4. Grand Prize Winner will be contacted through email and/or phone call by 31 May 2022. Grand Prize must be acknowledged and booking made by 10 June 2022 after which the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the prize. Grand Prize must set sail by 31 Dec 2022, dates are subject to availability.

5. The Prize/s will not be transferable to another person. No part of a Prize is exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other prize.

6. The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist in transit or at any destination.

7. If a Prize is not available for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of equal or greater.

8. If a Prize is forfeited (for any reason) or remains unclaimed within a week after the Promoter has attempted to notify the winner, the Promoter may, at its discretion, select a replacement winner for that Prize by (i) determining that an entrant who submitted an additional reserve entry will win that Prize or (ii) reviewing and individually judging all entries to select a winning entry by reference to the selection criteria set out above. The Promoter will notify the winner of that Prize by email or telephone and distribute that Prize to the winner.

9. All decisions by the Promoter regarding the selection of winners are final and no correspondence will be entertained.

You are either pregnant or have a child who is at least 6 months of age in accordance with the SIFECS.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

1. Stand a chance to win with every $50 worth of Bellamy’s Organic products* purchased on LazMall Flagship Store or Redmart, excludes Infant Formulas (for 0-12 months).

3. Competition excludes Infant Formulas (for 0-12 months).
4. Fill up your personal particulars on the website and upload a photo of the tax invoice (Proof of Purchase) to participate. Tax invoice may be found in your Lazada registered email.
5. Participants are entitled to one competition entry with every $50 worth of Bellamy’s Organic products after voucher deduction in Proof of Purchase. There are no limits to the number of entries but duplicated entries will be disqualified.
6. Proof of Purchase submitted must be dated within the Competition Period.
7. All entries submitted must reach us before 15 July 2021. No late entries will be accepted. Incomplete or incorrect entries will be invalid.
8. Each entry may be subjected to verification by the Promoter for its validity.
9. All valid entries received during the competition period will be reviewed and randomly picked by the Promoter and the winners will be notified via official email by 31 July 2021.
10. The judges’ decision is final, and no further correspondence will be entertained.
11. PRIZES

2. Each 3D2N Family Staycation Voucher includes:

3. Subsequent correspondence about the Voucher should be conducted directly with Shangri-La Singapore. Promoter is not liable for any communications thereafter.
4. Winners will be contacted via official email by 31 July 2021. All prizes must be claimed through a reply to the official email notification by 14 August 2021 after which the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the Prize/s.
5. The Prize/s will be delivered to winners by 31 August 2021 after claim of prize and confirmation of address through email reply from winners. The Prize/s includes delivery to winners.
6. The Prize/s will not be transferable to another person. No part of a Prize is exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other prize.
7. The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist in transit or at any destination of the Prize.
8. If a Prize is not available for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize at any time with another item of similar, equal, or greater value without prior notice being given.
9. If a prize is forfeited (for any reason) or remains unclaimed within a week after the Promoter has attempted to notify the winner, the Promoter may, at its discretion, select a replacement winner for that prize by (i) determining that an entrant who submitted an additional reserve entry will win that Prize or (ii) reviewing and individually judging all entries to select a winning entry by reference to the selection criteria set out above.
